Your tasks
In the event of acute incidents at home and abroad, you will troubleshoot and solve the problem independently or in teamwork.
You maintain, service and support the existing Windows IT infrastructure (client software, server software and hardware, Active Directory).
You configure clients and put them into operation with the help of the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (ECM/SCCM).
You are independently responsible for the specialist areas assigned to you and take on routine tasks such as support, updates and log file analyses.
You support the IT helpdesk as well as your colleagues in the introduction of new technologies and in the implementation of projects and strategies.
You document all the work and tasks you carry out completely and carefully.

Your profile
You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or engineering or have trained as an IT specialist for system integration or as a technical assistant for computer science.
You have many years of experience with Windows clients, Windows servers and Active Directory structures, ideally in large distributed, heterogeneous server landscapes.
You are also experienced in the conversion and hardware expansion of PCs and laptops.
You work independently in a medium-sized, multidisciplinary and multilingual team.
You are open to new as well as old technologies, approach challenges fearlessly and bring along the willingness to continuously educate yourself.
You have a class B driving licence and are willing to travel for occasional work assignments at our locations in Germany and abroad.
You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English. Additional language skills, e.g. in Polish, Czech or Dutch, are desirable.
