On the way to climate-neutral production

The company is consistently pushing ahead with the digitalisation of its production in order to achieve its ambitious goal of climate-neutral production by 2035. For the resource-saving transport and peeling system "iPrep" at the production site in Greven, which is currently unique worldwide, the company is receiving around 480,000 euros in funding from the Federal Environment Ministry's Environmental Innovation Programme. Schumacher Packaging plans to invest 700 million euros in environmentally friendly production by 2025.
